Cyberstar Infocom Bags the Champion Server Partner – Asia Pacific
Award from Hitachi Global Storage Technologies

it has been conferred with the “Champion Server Partner, Asia Pacific” Award
for Best Performance in the SCSI business by Hitachi at its Champion Server
Partner Awards ceremony, held at The Landmark Hotel, Macau.
The Hitachi
Champion Server Partner Award was received by Mr Raj
Rathi, Managing Director of Cyberstar Infocom Ltd and Lalit Sudrik, Product
Manager- Hitachi at Cyberstar Infocom Ltd. Through this award Hitachi recognizes outstanding channel
partners, who have good product knowledge, good customer base, volume numbers,
and keenness for introducing new products to the market. The event saw the
conglomeration of senior representatives from 26 distributors across the
Asia-Pacific region in order to review their achievements during the past financial year, and discuss Hitachi’s direction and strategy for the
upcoming year.
The other
nominees for the award included all Hitachi’s Asia pacific distributors. The criteria used to determine the
award, which was finalized with the help of feedback received from customers
included market penetration, product knowledge, commitment to customers,
operational effectiveness, logistic strength, service support and
responsiveness to customers.
The award
recognizes Cyberstar as a consistent provider of the best possible service on
IT products sold within the warranty period. “We feel honored to have been
